Job Requirements

  • Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and COVID-19 or have an approved exemption
  • Ability to work 40 hours per week during day shift
  • Willingness to work a hybrid schedule
  • Ability to engage comfortably with people at all organizational levels
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks accurately
  • Capable of using digital communication and tracking tools
  • Strong collaboration skills
  • Experience or knowledge related to employee health and engagement
  • Must adhere to company values on diversity and inclusivity

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent knowledge or experience
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Experience in administrative, event coordination or program support in HR, Employee Health, Wellbeing or employee engagement preferred
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong interpersonal communication and collaboration skills across diverse teams
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Comfortable working with data and tracking outcomes
  • Public speaking and presentation skills
  • Curious, adaptable, and excited about fostering a positive workplace culture
  • Flexible and adaptable to a fast-paced and evolving environment

Job Duties

  • Assist the Director of Organizational Culture and Engagement in developing and facilitating employee health, engagement, belonging and wellness programs
  • Capture and analyze employee feedback and data from employee program surveys
  • Lead the planning, execution, implementation, and coordination of organization-wide initiatives promoting an inclusive, equitable, and caring culture
  • Partner with teams and leaders across departments to design, promote, and sustain programs enhancing employee belonging, wellbeing, and engagement
  • Manage multiple projects and tasks with accuracy, demonstrating excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Communicate effectively with personnel at all levels and present information to various groups
  • Utilize digital tools to support communication and track outcomes
