Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- four years of Human Resources experience preferred
- proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- possess and maintain a current, valid driver's license in state of residence and demonstrate safe and responsible operation of motor vehicles
- enthusiastic, eager to learn, flexible, open to change, can multitask, and possess excellent interpersonal skills
- excellent customer service, telephone, records management, problem-solving, and effective oral and written communication skills
- ability to work independently, prioritize, and multitask appropriately to meet deadlines
- strong interpersonal and organizational skills, including working effectively with a wide range of employees at all levels of the organization
- seasoned judgment in interpersonal relationships is required

Job Duties
- Assist in creating a work environment and culture that reinforces our company's mission and core values
- assist in developing and implementing employee contests, programs, and engagement initiatives
- leverage internal communication channels to ensure employee awareness, understanding, and participation in engagement programs and process improvements
- conduct employee engagement surveys, analyze results, and distribute findings
- plan, coordinate, and execute employee events, celebrations, and cultural development activities, including logistics, vendor coordination, decor, and on-site setup
- design and implement event themes, decor concepts, and visual layouts that enhance the overall employee experience
- support interior decorating efforts for office spaces, breakrooms, and common areas to create inviting, functional, and aesthetically aligned environments
- collaborate with leadership to refresh workspace decor for seasonal themes, special initiatives, and company-wide campaigns
- manage event budgets, timelines, and materials to ensure efficient and high-quality execution
- create post-event publicity, reports, and engagement recaps
- administer the Employee Recognition Program
- coordinate employee appreciation activities, including themed events, decor, and recognition displays
