Job Requirements
- Must be able to stand for longer than 8 hours
- ability to lift up to 40 pounds
- mobility to climb stairs on a routine basis
- tolerance of a smoke filled environment
- must obtain Class III B license as required by gaming regulatory authorities
- pass pre-employment drug testing
- must be able to work all scheduled shifts including holidays
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- previous food service experience
- excellent guest service skills
- ability to follow directions
- valid Washington State food handler's card
- ability to work all scheduled shifts including day, swing, graveyard, and holidays
Job Duties
- Serve employee meals in the employee dining room
- pull food from warmers
- test food for proper temperature settings
- cut fruits and vegetables
- ensure foods are stocked and replenished at all times
- maintain cleanliness of kitchen and dining areas
- promote a positive work environment
- perform additional duties as assigned by department manager
