Job Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a culinary environment
  • willingness and ability to work part-time schedule consisting of 20-30 hours per week
  • availability for variable shifts including weekends and holidays
  • commitment to maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen
  • ability to handle kitchen equipment safely

Job Qualifications

  • 1+ years of prior relevant experience as a cook in a similar fast-paced environment
  • formal culinary training is preferred
  • strong knowledge of food sanitation and safety standards
  • ability to work efficiently under pressure
  • excellent teamwork and communication skills

Job Duties

  • Skillfully prepare dishes while maintaining a thorough knowledge of food products and culinary techniques
  • identify and safely use kitchen equipment
  • restock supplies as needed
  • properly label and date products to ensure safekeeping and sanitation
  • demonstrate attention to detail in plate presentation
  • assist kitchen leadership in service execution
  • prepare base sauces, stocks, and soups as required
  • collaborate with the team to meet guest needs and inquiries
