Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a restaurant setting preferred
- Ability to work full-time schedule Monday-Friday 6:00am-2:45pm including holidays
- Must be able to communicate effectively with team members and management
- Physically capable of performing busser duties including standing for long periods, lifting, and cleaning tasks
- Willingness to wear company uniform and maintain personal appearance standards
- Must comply with all health and safety regulations
Job Qualifications
- 1+ years of prior experience as a restaurant busser or food runner is preferred
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to work full-time Monday-Friday from 6:00am to 2:45pm including holidays
- Passion for delivering outstanding hospitality
- Ability to maintain cleanliness standards
- Reliable and able to follow instructions
- Physically able to perform duties requiring standing, walking, and lifting
Job Duties
- Collaborate with servers to ensure proper guest service
- Polish flatware, set up tables with appropriate silverware, glassware, linen, condiments, and accessories, and ensure ashtrays are clean and available in designated smoking areas
- Clear, clean, and sanitize booths, chairs, and tables, resetting them with clean linens, ashtrays, votive candles, and other necessary tabletop items
- Remove dirty dishes, debris, and linens from tables and transport them to the kitchen for washing, properly disposing of trash in designated receptacles
- Coordinate table availability and communicate consistently with servers, hostesses, and management to ensure efficient table turnaround
- Serve and refill water, coffee, and soft drinks as needed
- Maintain cleanliness of dining room floors
