Job Requirements
- Certified in ServSafe® Food Handling within 60 days of employment
- Knowledge of departmental policies, service procedures and standards
- Knowledge of equipment maintenance and use
- Experience in food service or culinary field preferred
- Ability to work under variable temperature and noise conditions
- Physical ability to exert effort in transporting heavy carts and perform repetitive motions
- Ability to lift, bend, squat, kneel, climb, and reach
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exemplary service standards

- Fluency in English both verbal and written

Job Duties
- Set up, maintain and break down food lines and salad bars
- Serve scheduled meals to hotel associates courteously and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness, organization and sanitation of workstations, dining areas and equipment
- Obtain food from kitchen and order additional food as needed
- Handle preparation of food from steamer, fryer, griddle and oven for service
- Monitor and maintain quality and supply levels of food on service lines
- Resolve guest complaints ensuring guest satisfaction
