Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous customer service experience preferred
- good communication skills including reading, writing, and speaking effectively
- ability to understand and comply with company policies, chemical labels, and instructions
- capable of standing, walking, and moving for extended periods
- able to handle physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds
- able to work in environments with exposure to smoke, noise, and varying temperatures
- able to maintain a valid Seneca Nation license
- able to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- compliance with background check and drug screen
- willingness to complete required training within nine months
- employment contingent on favorable background investigation and drug screening
- must be able to be approved for and maintain a valid Seneca Nation license
- must be able to respond to visual and aural cues

Job Duties
- Prepare tableware for washing including scraping plates and presoaking silverware
- operate and set up dishwashing machines ensuring correct filling and detergent levels
- wash and dry all dishes and kitchen equipment
- sanitize all cooking equipment and maintain kitchen cleanliness
- collect and wash soiled pots and properly restock clean pots
- remove garbage and refuse and manage recycling
- mop and sweep floors and clean walls and ceiling tiles
- perform detailed cleaning of kitchen equipment including ovens, fryers, and coolers
- monitor quality and efficiency of service in assigned kitchen areas
- adhere to all safety policies and company standards
- provide exceptional customer service and maintain professionalism with staff and patrons
