Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Read a prep sheet and follow Texas Roadhouse legendary recipes
- Keep the walk-in refrigerator clean and organized
- Use the equipment properly and follow storage and rotation procedures and proper sanitation guidelines
- Prepare ingredients and assist in cooking dishes as directed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area
- Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards at all times
- Support team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations
