Job Requirements
- Must hold a valid Florida EMT or paramedic license
- Local to the Miami area
- Willingness to work part-time and contract shifts
- Ability to work in physically demanding environments
- Must be available for immediate start
- Valid CPR certification
- Reliable transportation
Job Qualifications
- State EMT or paramedic certification
- Valid CPR certification (AHA or ARC)
- 1+ year of EMS experience is strongly preferred
- Ability to operate two-way radios effectively
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Physical stamina and problem-solving capabilities
- Familiarity with event-based EMS operations is a plus
Job Duties
- Provide rapid response and triage care, ensuring patients get what they need fast
- Communicate clearly and efficiently through two-way radios in busy environments
- Deliver thoughtful patient care while maintaining accurate tracking and documentation
- Coordinate seamlessly with team members to ensure efficient medical response
- Stay physically ready and mentally alert during active event shifts
- Adapt to various event settings and unpredictable scenarios
- Maintain professionalism and calm under pressure
