Job Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in food service, hospitality, or patient-facing healthcare strongly preferred
- Ability to read, write and interpret documents in English
- Basic computer and mathematical skills
- Must be able to occasionally lift or move up to 100 pounds and maneuver food delivery carts

Job Duties
- Coordinate timely delivery and collection of meal trays to ED patients
- Proactively round on patients to obtain dietary preferences, restrictions, and allergies
- Educate patients on using the MyMeal digital ordering application and assist with orders
- Conduct frequent patient rounding to assess comfort, meal satisfaction, and non-clinical needs
- Act quickly to resolve patient food-related issues and ensure service recovery
- Maintain unit readiness through regular stock inventory and rotation
- Support nursing staff with non-clinical tasks such as clearing trays and preparing patients for transport
