- Less than 1 year relevant work experience
- Licensure as Emergency Medical Technician Basic
- Availability to work various shifts including holidays and weekends
- Ability to handle high-pressure communication situations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Preferred 911 dispatch experience

- Works with advanced communications systems
- Coordinates ground, event, and emergency communications
