Job Requirements
- Hold or meet qualifications to receive an unrestricted ATP certificate and a minimum of one unrestricted PIC Type Rating
- Participate in CAE’s DOT Drug and Alcohol testing program
- Basic computer proficiency with Microsoft Office and internet programs
- Experience flying business aircraft is a plus
- Authorized to live and work in the United States
- Ability to sit in confined spaces for 4-6 hours with limited breaks
- Ability to stand for extended periods up to 10 hours with limited breaks
- Physical dexterity for fine motor tasks
- Ability to sit, stoop, climb, twist, and turn
- Strong communication skills
- Commitment to providing excellent customer service
- Willingness to maintain timely and accurate records
Job Qualifications
- Hold or meet qualifications to receive an unrestricted ATP certificate and a minimum of one unrestricted PIC Type Rating
- Demonstrate passion for teaching through strong communication skills
- Possess basic computer proficiency including Microsoft Office and internet-based programs
- Experience flying business aircraft is a plus
- Authorized to live and work in the United States
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
- Commitment to delivering excellent customer service
- Attention to detail with ability to maintain accurate records
Job Duties
- Provide simulator and classroom instruction on assigned aircraft types for licenses, type ratings, internal training, and certificates
- Conduct pre and post flight simulator briefings professionally according to CAE standards
- Complete training records and recommend remedial training when necessary
- Track own instructional qualifications and activities
- Act as a subject matter expert in developing curricula and courseware when required
- Lead client(s) through their training as a subject matter expert
- Qualify as a Training Center Evaluator and customer contract check airman as per business needs
