Job Requirements
- Total flight time of 3000 hours
- pilot in command (PIC) time of 1500 hours
- multi-engine land (MEL) time of 1500 hours
- MEL pilot in command time of 500 hours
- turbojet time of 500 hours
- instrument rating with 250 hours
- minimum of 5 years aviation experience
Job Qualifications
- Type rating on ERJ-145 or Legacy aircraft desired
- must possess an Airline Transport Pilot Certificate
- part 121 or 125 corporate flight experience preferred
- first class medical required
- ability to work on an on-call basis
- completion of ICAO International procedures training annually
- primary residence within 1-hour drive from Concord, NC or willingness to relocate
Job Duties
- Responsible for safe operation of the ERJ-145 aircraft
- conduct flights in a safe and prudent manner according to Hendrick Motorsports and FAA regulations
- review maintenance status of the aircraft
- perform proper pre-flight inspections in accordance with Aircraft Flight Manual
- check weather and facilities along flight routes including alternate airports
- ensure flight complies with company policies and federal regulations
- ensure safety of passengers, aircraft, and crew
- complete all trip paperwork accurately
