Job Requirements
- At least 2 years of progressive hotel sales experience preferred or a 4-year college degree with at least 1 year of related experience or a 2-year college degree with at least 2 years of related experience
- valid driver’s license in the applicable state required
- highly developed verbal and written communication skills
- ability to negotiate, sell, and influence
- thorough experience with professional selling skills
- strong analytical skills and strategic vision
- proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer knowledge
- ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- strong organization and presentation skills
- demonstrated ability to manage and interact with people of diverse backgrounds
- advanced knowledge of sales, marketing, and hospitality principles
- ability to work well under pressure and maintain composure
Job Qualifications
- Progressive hotel sales experience or equivalent education and sales experience

Job Duties
- Cast creative sales and marketing strategies to increase room bookings and revenue
- assemble, train, mentor, and inspire a diverse sales team
- develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and marketing campaigns
- conduct sales calls, property tours, and client meetings to build relationships
- collaborate with the General Manager in hotel operations and team support
- maintain high energy and enthusiasm to celebrate team successes
- represent the hotel as a positive and stylish ambassador
