Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 to 3 years of progressive experience in hotel or related field
- Previous supervisory experience preferred
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Compliance with certification requirements including food handlers, alcohol awareness, CPR, and first aid
- Ability to lead a team effectively
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- College coursework in hospitality or related field preferred
- Minimum 2 to 3 years progressive experience in hotel or related field
- Previous supervisory experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license

Job Duties
- Greet guests with genuine warmth and keep check-ins and check-outs smooth and stress-free
- Manage reservations, VIP requests, and ensure every guest feels valued
- Track logs, manage messages and packages with professionalism and efficiency
- Monitor room rates, packages, and promotions to maximize revenue and provide value
- Build and lead a communicative and well-trained team
- Train new front desk associates and ensure compliance with safety and service standards
- Resolve guest concerns and workplace issues with confidence and creativity
