Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 2 to 3 years of progressive experience in hotel or related field
  • Previous supervisory experience preferred
  • Must have a valid driver’s license
  • Compliance with certification requirements including food handlers, alcohol awareness, CPR, and first aid
  • Ability to lead a team effectively
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Job Qualifications

  • College coursework in hospitality or related field preferred
  • Minimum 2 to 3 years progressive experience in hotel or related field

Job Duties

  • Greet guests with genuine warmth and keep check-ins and check-outs smooth and stress-free
  • Manage reservations, VIP requests, and ensure every guest feels valued
  • Track logs, manage messages and packages with professionalism and efficiency
  • Monitor room rates, packages, and promotions to maximize revenue and provide value
  • Build and lead a communicative and well-trained team
  • Train new front desk associates and ensure compliance with safety and service standards
  • Resolve guest concerns and workplace issues with confidence and creativity
