Job Requirements

  • Possess at least 3 years of supervisory experience in Food & Beverage
  • have 5 or more years of progressive Food & Beverage or hotel service industry experience or hold a Culinary Degree with 3 or more years relevant experience
  • demonstrate exceptional customer service skills with a friendly positive and accommodating attitude toward guests
  • develop and plan all restaurant menus and meals actively expedite peak periods through hands-on involvement
  • manage food costs minimize waste and ensure creativity quality cleanliness and food safety across all food outlets and events

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Schedule and train masterful cooks ensuring every shift kicks off with a well-prepared crew in crisp uniforms
  • coordinate with other departments to deliver flawless service for conventions group events and other occasions
  • conduct daily inspections to guarantee top-notch food sparkling clean spaces and immediate follow-up on guest feedback or incidents
  • share budget updates control costs and drive profitability with creative revenue strategies
  • lead hiring training and pre-shift meetings building a powerhouse team that is always in the know and ready to shine
  • oversee inventories and launch initiatives to minimize breakage and loss while maintaining a polished professional image
