Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in hotel or customer service roles preferred
  • ability to operate hotel management software and Microsoft Office
  • strong communication and customer service skills
  • capability to multitask and manage time efficiently
  • availability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
  • ability to remain calm under pressure

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • experience in a hotel or related hospitality field preferred
  • familiarity with hotel management software
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • welcome guests warmly and provide efficient check-in and check-out services
  • manage guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly
  • handle reservations accurately using hotel management software
  • coordinate with other hotel departments to fulfill guest requests
  • process payments and maintain financial records
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area
  • assist with administrative tasks as needed
