Job Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years progressive experience in hospitality or related college degree with experience
- Proficient in Windows, spreadsheets, and word processing
- Strong financial and arithmetic skills
- Supervisory experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Decision-making and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to stay composed and objective under pressure

Job Duties
- Ensure every guest feels welcomed and valued from lounge to banquet
- Coach and train staff for smooth shift operations
- Maintain grooming, safety, and certification standards including Food Handlers, Alcohol Awareness, CPR, and First Aid
- Manage payroll, staff scheduling, and productivity reports
- Oversee food quality, promotions, inventory, and beverage purchasing
- Address guest requests and concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction
- Analyze reports, attend meetings, and provide versatile support as needed
