Job Requirements

  • minimum of 5 years experience in hospitality or related field
  • proficiency with windows, spreadsheets, and word processing
  • supervisory experience preferred
  • excellent communication and decision-making skills
  • ability to remain calm under pressure

Job Qualifications

  • minimum of 5 years progressive experience in hospitality or a relevant college degree with related experience
  • proficiency in windows operating system, spreadsheets, and word processing software
  • strong financial and arithmetic skills
  • supervisory experience preferred
  • excellent communication skills
  • strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities
  • ability to stay composed and objective under pressure

Job Duties

  • captain of hospitality by ensuring a welcoming guest experience and coaching team members to deliver smooth service
  • maintain operations and compliance standards including grooming, safety, and certifications like food handlers, alcohol awareness, cpr, and first aid
  • manage administrative tasks such as payroll processing, staff scheduling, and productivity reporting
  • oversee food quality, create engaging promotions, and manage inventory and beverage purchasing
  • communicate effectively to address guest requests and concerns promptly ensuring satisfaction
  • analyze reports, participate in meetings, and support team needs flexibly and positively
