Job Duties
- Approach all guest interactions with a friendly and service-oriented demeanor
- effectively communicate with guests and team members to coordinate service and address any needs or concerns
- set up and serve banquet functions according to hotel standards, ensuring all details are attended to
- manage time efficiently to ensure prompt and efficient service during events, from setup to breakdown
- address guest complaints and issues calmly, referring them to management when necessary
