Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years progressive experience in hospitality or related college degree with experience
  • Proficient in Windows, spreadsheets, and word processing
  • Strong financial and arithmetic skills
  • Supervisory experience preferred
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving capabilities
  • Ability to remain composed and objective under pressure

Job Duties

  • Coach and train food and beverage team to ensure smooth shift operations
  • Maintain compliance with grooming, safety, and certification standards including Food Handlers, Alcohol Awareness, CPR, and First Aid
  • Manage payroll, scheduling, and staff productivity reporting
  • Oversee quality assurance for food presentation and taste, control inventory, and manage beverage purchasing
  • Develop and implement promotions to enhance guest dining experience
  • Communicate effectively with guests and staff to address requests and resolve issues promptly
  • Analyze reports, participate in meetings, and assist in various operational tasks as needed
