Job Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years progressive experience in hospitality or related college degree with experience
- Proficient in Windows, spreadsheets, and word processing
- Strong financial and arithmetic skills
- Supervisory experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to remain composed and objective under pressure

Job Duties
- Coach and train food and beverage team to ensure smooth shift operations
- Maintain compliance with grooming, safety, and certification standards including Food Handlers, Alcohol Awareness, CPR, and First Aid
- Manage payroll, scheduling, and staff productivity reporting
- Oversee quality assurance for food presentation and taste, control inventory, and manage beverage purchasing
- Develop and implement promotions to enhance guest dining experience
- Communicate effectively with guests and staff to address requests and resolve issues promptly
- Analyze reports, participate in meetings, and assist in various operational tasks as needed
