Job Duties

  • Prepare all food items based on standardized recipes ensuring high standards of quality and presentation
  • Maintain cleanliness sanitation and safety in the kitchen and work areas at all times
  • Complete necessary food and station preparations efficiently to ensure prompt service during operating hours
  • Convey information and ideas clearly and work effectively in high-pressure situations
  • Evaluate and select among alternative courses of action quickly and accurately to address kitchen challenges
