Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in kitchen operations including supervisory experience
- Knowledge of food and beverage service operations preferred
- Compliance with required certifications including Food Handlers Alcohol Awareness CPR and First Aid
- Ability to obtain Food Manager Certification as required by state regulations

Job Duties
- Lead the daily hustle in the kitchen making sure every team member is on point and every task is done right
- Keep food and beverage operations running like clockwork managing supplies and supporting service
- Ensure safe practices and smart decisions handling lost items and controlling access to sensitive areas
- Maintain sanitation standards ensuring every surface tool and space is spotless and up to code
- Coordinate with team members to keep kitchen operations efficient and organized during busy periods
- Monitor compliance with health and safety regulations throughout kitchen operations
- Support and mentor kitchen staff fostering a positive and productive work environment
