Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least one year of experience in kitchen operations including supervisory duties
  • Knowledge of food and beverage service operations preferred
  • Food Handlers certification
  • Alcohol Awareness certification
  • CPR certification
  • First Aid certification
  • Ability to obtain Food Manager Certification as per state regulations

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum one year supervisory experience in kitchen operations
  • Knowledge of food and beverage service operations preferred
  • Certifications in Food Handlers, Alcohol Awareness, CPR, and First Aid preferred
  • Ability to acquire Food Manager Certification as required
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and food safety

Job Duties

  • Lead the daily hustle in the kitchen, ensuring every team member performs their tasks effectively
  • Manage food and beverage operations including supply stocking and service support
  • Enforce safety protocols and manage access to sensitive areas, ensuring compliance with health standards
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen surfaces, tools, and spaces to meet health codes
  • Supervise kitchen staff and provide leadership to improve team performance
  • Coordinate with management to uphold kitchen operational standards
  • Handle and report lost items and other incidents in the kitchen environment
