Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least one year of experience in kitchen operations including supervisory duties
- Knowledge of food and beverage service operations preferred
- Food Handlers certification
- Alcohol Awareness certification
- CPR certification
- First Aid certification
- Ability to obtain Food Manager Certification as per state regulations
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum one year supervisory experience in kitchen operations
- Knowledge of food and beverage service operations preferred
- Certifications in Food Handlers, Alcohol Awareness, CPR, and First Aid preferred
- Ability to acquire Food Manager Certification as required
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and food safety
Job Duties
- Lead the daily hustle in the kitchen, ensuring every team member performs their tasks effectively
- Manage food and beverage operations including supply stocking and service support
- Enforce safety protocols and manage access to sensitive areas, ensuring compliance with health standards
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen surfaces, tools, and spaces to meet health codes
- Supervise kitchen staff and provide leadership to improve team performance
- Coordinate with management to uphold kitchen operational standards
- Handle and report lost items and other incidents in the kitchen environment
