Job Description

Suite is a hotel located beside the Amarillo Civic Center, featuring two-room suites in the heart of downtown Amarillo. The hotel is conveniently situated near popular attractions such as the Cadillac Ranch and the Amarillo Botanical Gardens, both within 15 minutes. The property boasts an array of amenities including an indoor pool, dry sauna, fitness center, and event space that can accommodate up to 1,000 guests. Job Requirements

  • Previous supervisory responsibility preferred
  • At least 5 years of progressive experience, or a culinary graduate with at least 1 year of experience in a hotel or related field
  • Food Handlers Certification required
  • Able to work effectively under pressure, maintaining composure while quickly evaluating situations and determining the best course of action
  • A strong communicator who listens actively to understand concerns raised by coworkers and guests, and effectively conveys ideas and solutions

  • Share information effectively and address concerns from co-workers and guests with professionalism and clarity
  • Keep the kitchen spotless and well-organized, always meeting sanitation and safety standards
  • Take initiative by anticipating needs and acting before issues arise, keeping service seamless
  • Manage time wisely to ensure food preparation and service are prompt and on point
