Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years hotel sales experience preferred
- Valid driver's license for applicable state
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Professional selling skills experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Strong organizational and presentation abilities
Job Qualifications

- At least 2 years of hotel sales experience preferred
- Valid driver's license
- Developed verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with professional selling skills such as opening, probing, supporting, and closing
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Job Duties
- Effectively attain assigned sales and revenue goals for the assigned hotels
- Proactively conduct solicitation calls, sales tours, and entertain clients specific to leisure, SMERF, business travel, and groups
- Grow existing relationships with assigned accounts
- Monitor and evaluate trends within market segments
- Approach all guest and employee encounters with courtesy and service orientation
- Adhere to Aimbridge Hospitality's sales standards and metrics
- Develop working knowledge of hotel operations and policies
- Maintain visibility in local community and industry organizations
- Participate in special promotions and sales initiatives
- Attend meetings and perform duties as requested by management
