Job Requirements
- Basic literacy and numeracy skills
- Ability to operate dishwashing equipment
- Willingness to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- Capacity to follow instructions and safety guidelines
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Commitment to punctuality and reliability
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
- Ability to follow safety and sanitation standards
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail
- Physical stamina to stand and lift for extended periods
Job Duties
- Complete and pass required training modules
- Know the weekly work schedule and arrive on time
- Communicate with Executive Chef or Sous Chef about specials and events
- Set up and maintain the dish station
- Scrap, sort, and wash dishes using the dish machine and by hand as needed
- Place clean items in designated storage areas
- Break down and sanitize dish machine at shift end
- Keep dish and storage areas clean and organized
- Assist with kitchen and restaurant cleaning
- Sort and remove trash and clean trash and dumpster areas
- Powers wash floor mats and assist with floor cleaning
- Spot clean furniture, floors, carpets, walls, and countertops
- Assist with storing food and supplies
- Perform routine exterior building maintenance
- Demonstrate teamwork and attend team meetings
- Communicate with Managers regarding requests and improvements
- Follow company policies and sanitation regulations
- Perform other duties as assigned
