Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Take an accurate weekly and monthly inventory of supplies and products
- Record daily sale and waste at the end of the day
- Record and purchase weekly inventory and control over purchasing
- Prepare hot breakfast, lunch, and dinner meals
- Operate all ovens and maintain clean operating equipment
- Direct proper product partitioning, rotation, staging, and storage
- Achieve great customer service and fast service throughout the day
- Train coworkers on cooking standards, waste recording, and customer service
- Keep records and make reports of expenditures
- Compare invoices against purchase orders
- Read and review weekly fast food inventory
- Order food and supplies from vendors and manage vendor communications
- Rotate product using FIFO
- Check in vendors properly
- Maintain gross profit and inventory management
- Achieve yearly sales increase goal
- Prepare employee schedules
- Attend mandatory seminars
- Coordinate sales promotion activities
- Plan and assign work schedules
