Job Requirements
- Previous night audit, hotel or accounting experience is required
- first Aid CPR certification required
- excellent attention to detail
- ability to solve routine problems quickly and effectively while adhering to company policy
- excellent customer service skills
- ability to remain calm and friendly in stressful situations
- accurate accounting cash handling skills
- knowledge of and comfort with computers
- flexible schedule including evening, graveyard, weekend and holiday availability required

Job Duties
- Provide excellent customer service
- accurate and timely accounting of all nightly closings
- troubleshoot and resolve inaccuracies
- check hotel guests in and out
- take reservations in person and by phone
- manage multi-line phone service
- operate POS terminal
- handle cash and financial transactions
- clean and stock supplies
- sign property keys, radios, and pagers in and out
- guide guests on property features
- train and implement emergency procedures
- adhere to McMenamins crisis management policies
- prioritize tasks and stay alert
- work independently during night shifts
- maintain positive guest relations
- communicate clearly and effectively
