Job Requirements
- previous customer service experience preferred
- obtain and maintain current food handlers card
- flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends and holidays
- ability to remain calm and focused in a high volume, deadline oriented work environment
- ability to perform physical activities such as walking, stair climbing, and lifting heavy objects
- capacity to work in both smoking and non-smoking environments
- ability to work outdoors in varied weather conditions seasonally
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- greet and seat customers in a high volume environment
- answer phones and direct customers to assigned or preferred seating
- answer guest questions regarding the pub or property
- expedite and deliver food promptly from the kitchen to patrons
- help clear, clean, and set tables
- restock supplies and perform general cleaning
- maintain and provide excellent customer relations with all patrons
