Job Requirements

  • Wear Angry Chickz uniform as well as non-slip shoes required by safety department
  • Able to speak clearly and comprehend directions in English
  • Able to read English
  • Ability to read/speak Spanish is extremely helpful but not mandatory
  • Occasionally required to lift and carry up to 40 pounds
  • Repetitive hand use
  • Flexibility to work different shifts, including weekends

Job Duties

  • Warmly greet customers and provide them with menu details or any promotional information
  • Accurately take orders, ensuring special requests or dietary needs are communicated to the kitchen team
  • Handle cash and card transactions, ensuring all cash is accounted for and registers balance at the end of your shift
  • Address customer inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally
  • Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the front counter area
  • Collaborate with the FOH team to ensure seamless operations and a positive customer experience
  • Bag and wrap to-go orders
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
