Job Requirements
- HS diploma/GED or equivalent work experience required
- Strong reading comprehension, writing, and math skills
- Proficient in computer tools including email and spreadsheets
- Proficient in English both written and verbally
- At least one year operating mobile equipment including forklift, bobcat or track mobile
- Willing and able to work in a plant environment that may be dusty, include temperature extremes, involve climbing, heavy lifting, and other physical exertion
- Willing and able to work with wheat products, no wheat/gluten sensitivity, intolerance or allergies
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Able to work in dusty environment and wear respiratory protection
- Able to climb stairs throughout the workday
- Able to stand through the entire workday
- Willing to accept accountability and work well in a team
- Willing and able to work 8-hour shifts, weekends and holidays
- Willing to get cross-trained in at least one other position for development within the facility
- Must be clean-shaven for respiratory protection

Job Duties
- Perform department and plant sanitation duties as assigned or as needed
- Unload wheat truck and rail cars as available, correctly bin wheat according to schedule set by the lab, run testing on all loads, and transfer or mix wheat basis capacity needs
- Be trained to fill in loading and sealing of Feed, both truck and rail as needed throughout the week
- Must know and comply with all Plant Safety and HACCP/Food Safety requirements, procedures, and vessel inspections
- Must be willing to be trained to 'STEP-UP' into the Wheat Mixing Position when needed (1st choice for filling in for vacancies, sickness, meetings)
- Be trained in and performance of Plant Preventive Maintenance (PM)
- Be trained and certified in forklift, scissor lift, track mobile, skid loader and railcar movement
