- msna certification level 4 within 2 years of hire
- servsafe certification within 90 days of hire

Job Duties
- coordinate kitchen operations and staff
- verify compliance with state and federal regulations and Child Nutrition Program quality standards
- estimate number of meals per day and ensure students are properly fed
- order and prepare produce, food, milk, commodities, and supplies
- oversee student financial accounts
- prepare and serve food
- clean work areas and equipment
- operate register and point of sale terminal accurately
