Job Requirements
- high school diploma or ged equivalent
- food handling experience preferred
- msna certification level 4 required within 2 years of hire
- servsafe certification required within 90 days of hire
- certified food protection manager certificate required within 90 days of hire

Job Duties
- coordinate kitchen operations and staff
- verify all food service duties are completed per state and federal regulations
- estimate number of meals per day and ensure students are properly fed
- order and prepare produce, food, milk, commodities, and supplies
- oversee student financial accounts
- prepare and serve food
- clean work areas and equipment
- operate register and point of sale terminal with accuracy
