Job Requirements
- high school graduation or other equivalent such as general education development ged or foreign equivalency
- one year of institutional commercial or school district food service experience preparing and or serving food
- ability to provide own transportation
- certification by ccSD food service department within first year of employment
- current SNHD food handler safety training card
- current food protection manager certification such as ServSafe
- ability to maintain all certifications for duration of assignment

- ability to complete required food service training
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- strong leadership and communication skills
- ability to manage staff and inventory
