Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in hotel or customer service roles preferred
  • proficiency in hotel management software
  • ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • strong interpersonal skills and customer-oriented attitude
  • ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • greet and welcome guests warmly and assist with smooth check-ins and check-outs
  • manage reservations and update booking information accurately

  • process payments and manage financial transactions with accuracy
  • resolve guest issues and provide quick, thoughtful solutions
  • maintain the front desk area organized and efficient
