Job Duties
- Provide outstanding guest service with a friendly and warm demeanor
- effectively communicate information and address guest inquiries and issues promptly
- manage multiple tasks including handling reservations, check-ins, and check-outs efficiently
- evaluate and select among alternative courses of action to resolve guest concerns quickly and accurately
- perform basic arithmetic functions and work with financial information as needed
- maintain smooth operation of the front desk area
- assist guests with a variety of requests and ensure overall guest satisfaction
