Job Requirements

  • At least 6 years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field
  • Or a 4-year college degree with 4 to 5 years of related experience
  • Or a 2-year college degree with 5 to 6 years of related experience
  • Valid driver's license for the applicable state

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
  • Minimum 6 years progressive experience in hotel management
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Proven sales and financial management ability
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in hotel management software
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • Boost revenue, cut costs, and manage finances
  • Develop and implement sales strategies
  • Oversee budget adherence and forecasting
  • Utilize technology and reporting tools for operational efficiency
  • Ensure exceptional guest service and resolve issues
  • Lead and motivate hotel staff
  • Build and maintain relationships with owners and community stakeholders
