Job Requirements
- At least 6 years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field
- Or a 4-year college degree with 4 to 5 years of related experience
- Or a 2-year college degree with 5 to 6 years of related experience
- Valid driver's license for the applicable state
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
- Minimum 6 years progressive experience in hotel management
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Proven sales and financial management ability
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in hotel management software
- Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Boost revenue, cut costs, and manage finances
- Develop and implement sales strategies
- Oversee budget adherence and forecasting
- Utilize technology and reporting tools for operational efficiency
- Ensure exceptional guest service and resolve issues
- Lead and motivate hotel staff
- Build and maintain relationships with owners and community stakeholders
