Job Requirements
- At least 2 years of progressive hotel sales experience preferred
- or a 4-year college degree and at least 1 year of related experience
- or a 2-year college degree and at least 2 years of related experience
- Valid driver’s license in the applicable state required
- Highly developed verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to negotiate, sell, and influence
- Thorough experience with professional selling skills: opening, probing, supporting, closing
- Strong analytical skills and strategic vision
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer knowledge
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Strong organization and presentation skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage and interact with people of diverse backgrounds
- Advanced knowledge of sales, marketing, and hospitality principles
- Ability to work well under pressure and maintain composure

Job Duties
- Cast creative sales and marketing strategies to fill rooms and increase revenue
- Train, mentor, and inspire the sales team to maintain high performance
- Develop budgets, forecasts, and marketing campaigns to position the hotel competitively
- Conduct sales calls, client tours, and maintain strong client relationships
- Collaborate with hotel departments and support the General Manager in operations and guest experience improvement
- Manage multiple projects and priorities independently
- Network extensively to grow the hotel's client base and brand presence
