Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- at least 2 to 3 years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field
- previous supervisory experience preferred
- valid driver’s license
- compliance with certification requirements including food handlers, alcohol awareness, cpr, and first aid

- college coursework in hospitality or related field preferred
- minimum 2 to 3 years of progressive experience in hotel or related hospitality role
- previous supervisory experience preferred
- valid driver’s license
- knowledge of hospitality operations and guest service strategies
- strong communication and leadership skills
Job Duties
- Greet guests with genuine warmth and keep check-ins and check-outs smooth and stress-free
- manage reservations, VIP requests, and guest services proactively
- track logs, manage messages and packages efficiently
- monitor room rates, packages, and promotions to optimize revenue
- build and lead a communicative, professional team
- train new front desk associates
- resolve guest concerns and workplace issues while maintaining safety and service standards
