Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • at least 2 to 3 years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field
  • previous supervisory experience preferred
  • valid driver’s license
  • compliance with certification requirements including food handlers, alcohol awareness, cpr, and first aid

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • college coursework in hospitality or related field preferred
  • minimum 2 to 3 years of progressive experience in hotel or related hospitality role
  • previous supervisory experience preferred
  • valid driver’s license
  • knowledge of hospitality operations and guest service strategies
  • strong communication and leadership skills

Job Duties

  • Greet guests with genuine warmth and keep check-ins and check-outs smooth and stress-free
  • manage reservations, VIP requests, and guest services proactively
  • track logs, manage messages and packages efficiently
  • monitor room rates, packages, and promotions to optimize revenue
  • build and lead a communicative, professional team
  • train new front desk associates
  • resolve guest concerns and workplace issues while maintaining safety and service standards
