Job Duties
- Greet every guest and teammate with a warm smile and upbeat energy
- team up with the General Manager to coach and develop food and beverage staff
- assist in managing and maintaining food and beverage inventory levels
- collaborate with the General Manager to keep the department on budget guidelines
- flex schedule to meet dynamic needs of the hotel and maintain high attendance
- ensure all breakfast service areas are clean and well-organized
- resolve guest and co-worker concerns promptly with professionalism
