Job Duties

  • Greet every guest and teammate with a warm smile and upbeat energy
  • team up with the General Manager to coach and develop food and beverage staff
  • assist in managing and maintaining food and beverage inventory levels
  • collaborate with the General Manager to keep the department on budget guidelines
  • flex schedule to meet dynamic needs of the hotel and maintain high attendance
  • ensure all breakfast service areas are clean and well-organized
  • resolve guest and co-worker concerns promptly with professionalism
