Job Duties

  • Greet every guest and teammate with a warm smile and upbeat energy, making every moment delightful and memorable
  • Team up with the General Manager to coach and develop the food and beverage staff, ensuring high service standards
  • Assist in managing and maintaining food and beverage inventory levels to support smooth operations
  • Collaborate with the General Manager to adhere to budget guidelines and control expenses
  • Demonstrate reliable attendance and flexibility to meet the operational needs of the hotel
