Job Qualifications
- at least 6 years of progressive experience in hotel or related hospitality field
- 4-year college degree with 4 to 5 years of related experience as an alternative
- 2-year college degree with 5 to 6 years of related experience as an alternative
- proven leadership and team management skills
- strong financial and sales acumen
- excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- proficient in using hotel management and reporting software
Job Duties
- boost revenue and control costs to ensure financial health
- develop and implement effective sales strategies and manage budgets
- utilize technology and reporting systems to optimize operations
- oversee guest services to ensure exceptional experiences
- lead, inspire, and coach hotel staff to foster a positive work environment
- build and maintain strong relationships with property owners and community stakeholders
- ensure compliance with all company policies and regulatory requirements
