Job Description

Job Requirements
- at least 6 years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field or a 4-year college degree with 4 to 5 years of related experience or a 2-year college degree with 5 to 6 years of related experience
- valid driver’s license for applicable state
- ability to lead multiple departments and coordinate varied operational activities
- strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- capability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- commitment to upholding company policies and regulatory compliance
Job Qualifications
- a minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in hotel or related field or equivalent educational background with relevant experience
- proven leadership and team management skills
- strong financial acumen with budget management experience

Job Duties
