Job Description

Job Requirements

  • at least 6 years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field or a 4-year college degree with 4 to 5 years of related experience or a 2-year college degree with 5 to 6 years of related experience
  • valid driver’s license for applicable state
  • ability to lead multiple departments and coordinate varied operational activities
  • strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • capability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • commitment to upholding company policies and regulatory compliance

Job Qualifications

  • a minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in hotel or related field or equivalent educational background with relevant experience
  • proven leadership and team management skills
  • strong financial acumen with budget management experience
  • excellent sales and marketing capabilities
  • proficiency in hospitality management systems and technology
  • outstanding guest service orientation and problem-solving skills
  • effective communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement

Job Duties
