Job Requirements
- valid driver’s license for the applicable state
- minimum 4 years of experience in hotel or related field
- strong leadership and communication skills
- ability to manage budgets and sales strategies
- proficiency with hotel management software
- commitment to delivering exceptional guest service
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- at least 6 years of progressive experience in hotel management or related field
- 4-year college degree with 4 to 5 years of related experience or 2-year college degree with 5 to 6 years of related experience
- proven leadership and team management skills
- strong financial acumen and budget management experience
- excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- ability to use hotel management systems and reporting tools
- valid driver’s license for applicable state
Job Duties

- develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize bookings
