Job Requirements

  • valid driver’s license for the applicable state
  • minimum 4 years of experience in hotel or related field
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • ability to manage budgets and sales strategies
  • proficiency with hotel management software
  • commitment to delivering exceptional guest service
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • at least 6 years of progressive experience in hotel management or related field
  • 4-year college degree with 4 to 5 years of related experience or 2-year college degree with 5 to 6 years of related experience
  • proven leadership and team management skills
  • strong financial acumen and budget management experience
  • excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • ability to use hotel management systems and reporting tools
  • valid driver’s license for applicable state

Job Duties

  • boost revenue and cut costs to maintain strong financial health
  • develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize bookings
  • utilize systems and reporting tools for operational efficiency
  • ensure exceptional guest experiences by addressing concerns promptly
  • lead and motivate team members to foster a positive work environment
