Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (G.E.D) required
- Minimum of 6 years relevant experience
- Experience in lab / flight test or integration / R&D environment
- Active DoD Secret clearance with ability to obtain and maintain program access (PAR)
- Must be able to regularly lift up to 30 lb
- Ability to work in fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Strong communication skills
- Detail oriented with strong organizational abilities
- Must be a U.S. citizen
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team
Job Qualifications
- High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (G.E.D)
- Minimum of 6 years' relevant experience
- Experience in lab / flight test or an integration / R&D environment
- Active DoD Secret clearance with ability to obtain and maintain program access (PAR)
- Ability to lift up to 30 lb regularly
- Lead role experience, 5+ years of testing experience including planning, set-up, and test execution
- Experience with Fiber Optic Strain sensor fabrication, installation, and system operation
- Experience with MIL-STD-1553
- Ability to assess anomalies and develop resolutions in conjunction with Engineering
- Ability to adhere to necessary processes, procedures, and protocols
- Ability to perform manual labor including lifting and moving heavy test equipment
- Desire to learn and assume multi-disciplined technician roles such as instrumentation, mechanical setup, dynamic testing, environmental/thermal testing
- DoD Top Secret Clearance and SCI
Job Duties
- Expediting, routing, and dispatching test equipment, materials, and ancillary components in support of specified Areas of Operation within their purview
- Responsible for test equipment accountability, control, pick-up and delivery to and from end-users (customers)
- Consistent communication with customers for status and recall of test equipment and ancillary components
- Coordination of pick-up/deliveries and all applicable processing of and database updates in the Test Equipment Asset Management and Metrology System (TEAMMS), Calibration Management System
- Accountable for reviewing and managing workload based on daily Coordinator Performance Reports, ensuring performance metrics remain within specific thresholds
- Maintain excellent database integrity via inventory reconciliation of equipment between TEAMMS database, Pool/Stock Inventory and customer Areas of Operation
- Coordination of shipping and receiving of vendor test equipment for Demo and/or evaluations
- Maintain separations of Program Direct Equipment charging
- Proficient in utilizing the TEAMMS data base for tracking, researching, and ordering new equipment (TEJ)
- Maintain updated equipment charging database for accurate charging to IWO's
- Continue weekly and daily charging distribution per program
