Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Completion of apprenticeship program or trade school
- 2-4 years related journeyman level experience or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
- Possession of electrical license is highly desirable
- Line voltage experience required
- Familiarity with blueprints and local building codes
- Current driver's license required
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work in elevated spaces and in various weather conditions
- Knowledge of safe operation of tools and equipment such as cutters, drills, gas torches, forklifts, and lifts

- Must be familiar with blueprints and local building codes

- Computer skills including MS Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.
Job Duties
- Work with the events manager and show management to ensure that all electrical needs are met for shows
- Perform preventative maintenance related projects to the building's electrical, fire, HVAC, and plumbing systems
- Perform preventative maintenance related projects for the building's cosmetic needs including painting, tile replacement, and general carpentry
- Troubleshoot all electrical problems as they occur
- Monitor all electrical inventory and supplies and work with management on ordering and replenishing supplies as needed
- Operate and maintain computerized fire alarm and lighting systems
- Monitor monthly generator test
- Work with building HVAC Technician to ensure proper operation of HVAC systems
- Pulling, running, and terminating cables
- Adhere to OSHA, NFPA and other applicable safety codes, as well as ASM Global job safety requirements
- Operate equipment including forklift, scissor lift, truck (w/snowplow etc.)
- Assist with snow plowing/removal as needed
- Other duties may be assigned
