Job Requirements

  • Requires high school diploma or equivalent
  • Must be a U.S. person (citizen, permanent resident, refugee, or asylee)
  • Able to pass soldering assessment after training
  • Ability to work on 2nd shift with training on 1st shift
  • Must comply with company rules and safety regulations
  • Able to maintain clean and orderly work area
  • Ability to report progress to supervisors
  • Willingness to participate in audits and continuous improvement
  • Eligible to obtain necessary export authorizations

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent, such as GED, or vocational/technical education in related discipline
  • U.S. person status (citizen, permanent resident, refugee, or asylee) or eligibility for export authorizations
  • Career Readiness Certification (CRC) preferred
  • Ability to interpret schematics and technical drawings
  • Ability to complete required training modules
  • Ability to follow assembly instructions
  • Ability to work with repetitive tasks
  • Ability to read and interpret safety rules and procedure manuals
  • Understanding of end uses of products built
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail for safety and quality
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Intermediate computer skills
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to take direction from experienced coworkers and supervisors
  • Ability to stand for 8+ hours
  • Overtime eligibility

Job Duties

  • Perform soldering, hardware installation, and post coating tasks once trained or certified
  • Inspect own work to ensure quality and compliance with standards
  • Meet productivity expectations to satisfy customer deadlines
  • Comply with company rules, including environmental health, safety, ethics, compliance, and attendance
  • Participate in cost reduction and continuous improvement plans
  • Participate in audits as required
  • Acquire skills, certifications, and complete training programs
  • Maintain materials, equipment, and work area cleanliness and orderliness
  • Report work progress to lead or supervisor
  • Complete assigned tasks within job scope and skill level
  • Pass soldering assessment after training
  • Perform other duties as assigned
