Job Duties
- Greet travelers within 10 seconds in a courteous manner
- keep the cart neat, clean, and well organized
- attend meetings and training sessions as required
- maintain acceptable attendance, personal hygiene, and dress code standards
- clean up all work areas at the end of each shift
- follow all Goodwill Industries and El Paso Airport policies and procedures
- ensure all safety rules are adhered to and the cart is in good working condition before moving
- report accidents or injuries immediately
- maintain confidentiality
- schedule staff weekly hours and ensure timesheets are correct and submitted on time
- assist with performance evaluations
- work a rotating schedule including weekends and holidays
- assist in other areas as requested
