Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- must be 18 years of age or older
- valid driver's license
- reliable transportation
- ability to communicate clearly and concisely in English in both verbal and written communication
- ability to work from verbal and written instructions
- treat all information as confidential
- must be able to lift, stoop, squat, push, stand and/or bend throughout shift
- must be able to pull, lift and push heavy objects
- must pass pre-employment and random drug tests and a pre-employment criminal background check
- meet necessary requirements to obtain a security-sensitive identification badge
- must be able to verbally direct in English
- must be a citizen of the United States or possess the necessary authorization from the Immigration and Naturalization Service
- must have clear driving record
Job Qualifications

- previous service industry experience preferred
- must be 18 years of age or older
- valid driver's license required
- ability to communicate clearly and concisely in English both verbally and in writing
- ability to work from verbal and written instructions
- must be able to lift, stoop, squat, push, stand, and bend throughout shift
- physically capable of pulling, lifting, and pushing heavy objects
- must pass pre-employment and random drug tests and a pre-employment criminal background check
- must meet the necessary requirements to obtain a security-sensitive identification badge
- must have a clear driving record
- must be a citizen of the United States or possess necessary immigration authorization
Job Duties
- transport passengers via electric cart within the terminal as requested
- provide general information, directions, and flight information to passengers
- perform pre-use equipment inspections including wheels, brakes, seats, and radio
- fill out cart and radio logs at the beginning of each shift and turn in keys and radio to supervisor at end of shift
- communicate safety hazards and equipment problems to shift supervisor and management
- adhere to all airport, airline, and company regulations regarding safety and operation
- always drive at a safe, manageable speed not exceeding a jogging pace
- assist passengers by getting off the cart
- maintain cleanliness of work area and report maintenance needs
- never solicit tips and ensure professional appearance at all times
